Provisions have been made for people with mobile disabilities, and they can fish from one of 18 purpose-built platforms. Secure parking has also been provided for visitors.

2. Langley Dam

Although it’s now more renowned for its trout, Langley Dam is still home to a healthy number of carp. The fishery is located just eight miles from Hexham and covers approximately 14 acres and a depth of 10ft.
Fishing is permitted from either the banks or on boats which are provided for hire at the facility. Only four boats are available, though, so it’s recommended that you book your spot in advance.
